摘要
中国要落实"中国制造2025"成为制造强国的战略目标,关键靠人才,如何把新生代制造业工人培育成为具有工匠精神的新生代技术工人,是中国实现制造强国战略的关键之处。具有工匠精神与工匠灵商的新生代技术工人,既是中国制造业发展的需要,也是新生代技术工人自身发展的要求。为此,必须从新生代技术工人学习、企业管理、职业教育、制度建设、社会风尚引导五方面入手,探索新生代技术工人工匠精神及工匠灵商的培育机制和培育路径。
Talents are the key for China to implement the program of "Made in China 2025" and to achieve the strategic goal of being a powerful manufacturing country. Therefore it's crucial to cultivate the new generation of manufac- turing workers to be skilled ones with craftsman spirit. To be newly--born skilled workers with craftsman spirit and craftsman spiritual intelligence is not only the need for the development of China's manufacturing industry, but also for the requirement of the self--development of skilled workers. From the following five aspects--learning, enterprise management, professional education, government institutions, social conduct--this paper is intended to find out an approach to cultivate their craftsman spirit and craftsman spiritual intelligence.
