摘要
采用热改性凹凸棒黏土(简称凹土)对阳离子红5GN溶液脱色。经不同温度焙烧的凹土在相同条件下吸附阳离子红5GN,发现350℃焙烘的凹土吸附效果最好。通过BET法计算其比表面积为116.785 6 m^2/g。红外光谱显示,经高温处理后,凹土的吸附水、沸石水及部分结构水被去除,有利于孔道扩张。单因素吸附试验表明,350℃焙烧凹土100 mg,pH=8,在30℃吸附105min,50mg/L阳离子红溶液的脱色率为96.5%。吸附等温线为Langmuir模型;吸附动力学为伪二级反应动力学模型。
Attapulgite clay modified by thermal treatment is used to remove Cationic Red 5GN in dyeing effluents. Adsorption of Cationic Red 5GN with attapulgite clay at different calcination temperature is carried out, it is said that attapulgite clay calcined at 350℃ has the maximum adsorption capacity. As for the modified clay, the specific surface area is 116.785 6 m2/g by BET method. Infrared spectrum indi- cates that partial adsorbed water, zeolite water and structural water of the original attapulgite clay are removed after high-temperature processing, which is favorable to pore expansion. The single factor experi- ment results show that: feeding attapulgite clay (350℃ treated) 100 mg to I00 mL 50 mg/L Cationic Red 5GN solution, pH value 8, vibrating 105 min at 30℃,the removal rate reaches 96.5%. In addition, Lang- muir adsorption isotherm model and pseudo-second-order kinetic model are more suitable for the ad- sorption process.
