摘要
为优化铁路小型集装箱装车配载,提高铁路货物运输效率。在阐述铁路小型箱相关参数基础上,推导出铁路小型箱配载后的基础技术指标计算公式,以铁路车辆的前后两转向架承重差、重车重心高、货物总重心横向偏离量最小为目标函数,以车辆的载重、转向架承受的货物重量、前后两转向架承重差、货物总重心横向偏离量及箱重限制为约束条件,建立小型集装箱装车配载方案的优化模型。最后通过实例验证了该优化模型的有效性和合理性,实现了铁路小型集装箱装车配载的智能化,并已经在北京铁路局成功应用。
In order to optimize vehicle loading of railway small container and increase efficiency of railway freight transportation, on the basis of expounding relative parameters of railway small container, the computational formula of the basic technical index after vehicle loading of railway small container is deduced, and the optimization model of the vehicle loading scheme is established by taking the loading difference between left and right bogies of the railway vehicle, the gravity center height of the loaded vehicle and the minimized lateral deviation of freight general gravity center as the objective functions, and taking the carrying capacity of the vehicle, the freight bearing of bogie, the loading difference between left and right bogies, the lateral deviation of freight general gravity center and the limit of box weight as the constraint conditions. In the end, the proposed optimization model is proved to have effectiveness and rationality, realize intelligent vehicle loading of railway small container and have wide utilization in Beijing Railway Administration.
