摘要
采用硫酸铝、氟铝络合溶液、草酸、二乙醇胺、稳定剂为主要原材料合成无碱液体速凝剂,对其匀质性指标进行了测试,并测试了该速凝剂对水泥凝结时间、胶砂强度的影响以及与水泥的适应性。并通过XRD、SEM等手段对该速凝剂促凝机理进行分析。结果表明,该速凝剂掺量6%时可使长城P·O42.5水泥2.3 min初凝,7.4 min终凝,1 d抗压强度比为148%,28 d抗压强度比为106%。该速凝剂在6%~8%掺量范围内,对不同品牌的P·O42.5水泥及长城P·I52.5、P·C32.5具有良好的适应性。添加该速凝剂提高了水泥浆体中[Al(OH)_4]-的浓度,促进了钙矾石的生成,钙矾石在水泥颗粒间搭接使水泥速凝。
An alkali-free liquid setting accelerator was prepared using aluminum sulfate,fluoride aluminum complex solution, oxalic acid, diethanolamine and stabilizer as main materials. Homogeneity index of the alkali-free setting accelerator was tested. The influence of accelerator on the setting time and strength of mortar as well as the adaptation of cement were investigated. The mechanism of alkali-free accelerator was analyzed by means of XRD and SEM. The results indicated that the initial setting time and final setting time of the Great Wall P·O42.5 cement were 2.3 min and 7.4min respectively,the 1 d and 28 d compressive strength ratio were 148% and 106% respectively when the dosage of liquid accelerator was 6%. The liquid setting accelerator has good adaptability with P·O42.5 cement of different brands,the Great Wall P·I52.5 cement and P·C32.5 cement when the dosage was var- ied between 6% to 8%. The concentration of present in cement paste was increased by the addition of the alkali-free accelerator, thus promoting the crystallization of ettringite between the cement particles,thus connecting them and accelerating the setting.
