摘要
在国家创新驱动发展政策引导下,社会对创新型人才的需求不断增加,这与当前高校人才培养结构存在着矛盾。在国家"大众创业、万众创新"的双创背景下,高校可通过创新创业教育教学改革,转变教育观念、制定教学目标、健全教学体系、完善课程建设策略选择,激发学生的创造力,培养创新创业复合型、应用型人才,以满足社会经济发展对创新型人才的需求。
With the development of national innovation,the demand for innovative talents is increasing, which is in contradiction with the structure of talent cultivation in colleges and universities. Under the management background of ＂ national public entrepreneurship and innovation＂, colleges and universities should change the concept of education and teaching objectives, improve the teaching system and the strategies to promote the curriculum construction,and stimulate the creativity of students,innovative compound and applied talents, in order to meet the needs of social and economic development on innovative talents.
