摘要
以物联网、云计算、移动互联网和大数据等为代表的新一代互联网技术正改变着健康医疗卫生事业的传播路径与产业形态,也对医学信息类专业人才的能力素质提出了新的要求。以推进"互联网+健康医疗"创新驱动发展战略为契机,根据社会发展、行业需求,并结合医学信息创新创业人才培养特色,从人才培养机制与培养目标、人才培养方案与课程体系、实践教学环境与实训体系、"专业教育+创新创业教育"师资队伍等方面展开探讨,以培养符合"互联网+"时代需求的医学信息高素质创新创业型应用人才。
The new generation of Internet technology is represented by Internet of Things, cloud computing, mobile Internet and big data. And it is changing the communication path and industrial form of medical and health service, as well as putting forward new demands of capability and quality on medical information professionals. In order to train high-quality innovational and entrepreneurial talents about medical information in accordance with the needs of ＂Internet＋＂ era, according to the social development, the demand of industry, and combined with the characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurial talent cultivation of medical informatics, many aspects such as the training mechanism and training objectives, personnel training plan and curriculum system, practice teaching environment and training system, ＂ professional education＋ innovation and entrepreneurship education＂ teaching staff are discussed with the chance of promoting the ＂Internet ＋ healthcare＂ innovation-driven development strategy.
