评估MMSE与MoCA对缺血性脑血管病轻度认知障碍的影响 被引量:7

A Comparision of MMSE and MoCA in Mild Cognitive Impairment Evaluation of Patients With Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

摘要 目的分析MMSE测试与Mo CA测试对缺血性脑血管病(ICVD)轻度认知障碍(MCI)的影响。方法随机选择缺血性脑血管病患者与同期健康体检者各39例,对两组受试者分别进行MMSE与Mo CA测试。分析两组患者认知功能障碍检出概率的大小并比较MMSE及Mo CA检测认知功能障碍的效率。结果采用Mo CA评价A、B两组受试者认知功能障碍,A组中存在认知障碍的有31例(检出率为79.49%,其中包括4例轻度认知障碍),B组16例(检出率为41.03%)。而采用MMSE测试时,A组中存在认知障碍的有12例(检出率为30.77%),B组2例(检出率为5.13%),两组均未检测出轻度认知障碍。结论 Mo CA对于认知障碍的检出率远大于MMSE测试(P<0.05),且Mo CA能检测出轻度认知障碍(尤其是血管性认知功能障碍),有利于早期诊断并及时进行干预治疗,值得临床推广。 Objective To analyze the comparision of MMSE and Mo CA in MCIevaluation of patients with ICVD.Methods 39 patients with ICVD were selected as group A,and another 39 cases who took health examination were selected as group B,all of the subjects were evaluated by MMSE and Mo CA scales.To analyze MCI detection ratio of MMSE and Mo CA by comparing the detection rate of the two groups.Results When evaluated by Mo CA scale,there were 31 cases of cognitive impairment in group A(the detection ratewas 79.49%,and 4 cases of MCI were included),and there were 16 cases in group B(the detection rate was 41.03%).While evaluated by MMSE scale,there were 12 cases of cognitive impairment in group A(the detection ratewas 30.77%),and there were 2 cases in group B(the detection rate was 5.13%),but no mild cognitive impairment case was detected in the two groups.Conclusion The MCI detection ratio of Mo CA is far greater than MMSE(P 〈0.05).Mo CA can detect MCI(especiallyvascular cognitive impairment),so it is conducive to the early diagnosis,and it is worth in the clinic.
