摘要
目的研究分析盆底生物反馈治疗对卵巢功能的影响。方法选取2013年10月至2015年10月我院收治的卵巢储备功能下降或者卵巢早衰患者94例,随机分为两组各47例。对照组给予雌孕激素序贯治疗,观察组给予生物反馈及电刺激疗法配合盆底肌锻炼治疗,对比两组治疗后子宫体积、子宫内膜厚度、阴道彩超参数、E2、FSH以及LH水平,并比较两组临床症状体征评分情况。结果观察组治疗后的临床症状体征评分、子宫内膜厚度、AFCs、S/D、PSV、RI以及FSH均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在子宫体积、OAV、PI、E2以及LH之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论给予卵巢储备下降或卵巢早衰患者生物反馈及电刺激疗法配合盆底肌锻炼治疗能够有效缓解临床症状,改善卵巢供血功能,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the effect of pelvic floor biofeedback therapy on ovarian function.Methods 94 cases of nest reserve function decline or premature ovarian failure from October 2013 to October 2015 were randomly divided into 2 groups,47 cases of each group.The control group was treated with sequential therapy,and the observation group was treated with biofeedback and electrical stimulation therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise therapy.Uterine volume,endometrial thickness,vaginal ultrasound parameters,E2,FSH and LH levels,clinical signs and symptoms score after treatment of the two groups were observed.Results Clinical signs and symptoms score,endometrial thickness,AFCs,S/D,PSV,RI and FSH after treatment of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,there was statistical significance(P〈0.05).Uterine volume,OAV,PI,E2,and LH of the two groups had no statistical significance(P〉0.05).Conclusion Giving poor ovarian reserve or premature ovarian failure in patients with biological feedback and electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise therapy can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,improve the ovarian blood supply,it is worth clinical promotion.
