摘要
目的分析手术彻底切除子宫内膜异位症(EMs)病灶后联合药物治疗对EMs患者在位子宫内膜的影响。方法选取我院患有子宫内膜异位症25例患者为研究对象,同期选择健康育龄妇女25例为对照组,比较两组对象在术前、术后18个月的白细胞介素-8 m RNA(IL-8 m RNA)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)以及血管内皮生长因子蛋白(VEGF)水平。结果术前病例组在位内膜IL-8 m RNA表达率显著高于健康组,且增生期、分泌期均显著高于健康组(P<0.05);术前及术前增生期、分泌期病例组MMP-9、VEGF阳性表达率均显著高于健康组,且术前阳性表达率高于术后18个月(P<0.05),增生期与分泌期无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 EMs患者存在在位子宫内膜异常情况,手术联合药物治疗EMs可显著改善EMs患者在位子宫内膜微环境,改善患者预后。
Objective To analyze the radical resection surgery of Ems lesions combined with medication in influencing the eutopic endometrium of EMs patients.Methods 25 cases of EMs patients admitted and treated in our hospital were selected as the patients group.Meantime,25 cases of healthy women of childbearing age were selected as contrast group.Compare the levels of IL-8m RNA,MMP-9 and VEGF of before surgery and of 18 months after surgery between both groups.Results Before surgery,the expression rate of IL-8 m RNA in eutopic endometrium in the patients group was significantly higher than the healthy group.And the expression rate of IL-8 m RNA in the proliferative stage and secretory phase were all significantly higher than the healthy group（P〈0.05）.Before surgery,the positive expression rates of MMP-9 and VEGF in the proliferative stage and secretory phase in the patients group were all significantly higher than the healthy group.And the positive expression rate or before surgery was higher than that of18 months after surgery（P〈0.05）.The positive expression rate in the proliferative stage and secretory phase showed no significant difference（P 〉0.05）.Conclusion For Ems patients with abnormal condition of eutopic endometrium,radical resection surgery of Ems lesions combined with medication can significantly improve the microenvironment of eutopic endometrium as well as the improve patients’ prognosis.
