摘要 MB15是一种高强度变形镁合金,具有韧性低、塑性变形能力差、易脆断的特点。本文模拟了其锻造成形的全过程。依据模拟情况确定了预锻形状,顺利地实现了模锻生产,产品的尺寸以及各项性能均满足技术要求。 MB15 is a kind of high strength wrought magnesium alloy, which has the characteristics of low ductility, poor plastic deformation ability and easily brittle fracture. The whole process of forging forming was simulated. The pre-forging shape was determined according to the simulation, and the die forging production was realized successfully. Product size and performance meet the technical requirements.
