摘要
论文针对连铸保护渣的发展现状,从保护渣在结晶器内的行为出发,分析了保护渣在结晶器内的热历程,建立了保护渣在结晶器钢液面的初始状态到出结晶器各历经环节与保护渣性能的关系,以此综述分析了保护渣成分、结构和性能基础研究趋势,为系统认识保护渣这种功能材料的性能特征,和进一步的理论研究提供借鉴作用。
On the basis of the development of mold fluxes used in continuous casting, the temperature history of mold fluxes in mold was analyzed from the in-mold behavior of mold fluxes. During continuous casting, the mold flux evolves from a liquid layer on the top of the molten steel to a liquid film flowing out of the mold. For this process, the relationship between the evolution of mold flux in different stages and the performances of mold flux was established to make a comprehensive analysis of the research trend on composition, structure and properties of mold flux. This review is expected to be helpful for the systematical understand of the mold flux properties and the further research on the theory related to this kind of functional material.
