摘要
传统高职办学模式已由"孤军奋战"转向"通力合作",然而推进"双主体"办学进程最有力的生成架构是"趋利共赢",即趋"经济利益",赢"社会效益"。各方应依照政策指引、杠杆推进、资源整合和利益反哺的逻辑路径,以经济利益为内生发展之力、社会效益为外延生态建构,有力推动双主体办学进程。
The school-running mode of traditional higher vocational colleges has transformed from the"Alone at War"to"Pull Together", however the"win-win"is most powerful generation architecture to promote the"double-subject"school-running process. In accordance with the logical path of policy guidance, lever promoting, resources integrating and feedback of benefits, the process of the double-subject school-running can be promoted by the endophytic development power of economic benefits and the extensional ecological construction of social benefits.
