超声刀用于开放性小切口甲状腺手术中的应用价值研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨超声刀对开放性小切口甲状腺手术的应用价值。方法选择66例2015年3月~2016年12月的本院甲状腺手术患者,随机分两组,各33例,对照组采用传统甲状腺切除术,观察组采用超声刀开放性小切口甲状腺切除术,相比两组患者的临床指标、并发症情况、生活质量评分。结果观察组在治疗后的各项临床指标良好,且并发症发生率仅为5.26%,生活质量各项分值较对照组高,相比对照组优势大(P<0.05)。结论超声刀对于开放性小切口甲状腺手术的应用价值非常显著。 Objective To explore the application value of ultrasonic scalpel in open thyroid surgery with small incision. Methods 66 cases of thyroid surgery patients in our hospital from March 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 33 cases in each. Patients in control group were treated with traditional thyroidectomy, and patients in observation group were treated with ultrasonic scalpel in open small incision thyroidectomy. Clinical indicators, complications, quality of life score of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical indicators of observation group after treatment was good. The complication rate was only 5.26%, and the scores of quality of life were higher than those of the control group, compared with the control group, it had Great advantage (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Application value research on ultrasonic scalpel in open thyroid surgery with small incision is significant.
