摘要
采用PCR技术在紫花苜蓿中克隆MsNAP基因,构建3302Y-MsNAP植物表达载体,并通过农杆菌介导技术转入到紫花苜蓿中,PCR和RT-PCR检测显示,共获得了10株MsNAP转基因紫花苜蓿植株,为研究MsNAP基因功能提供了基础材料。
The MsNAP gene in alfalfa was cloned with PCR technology. The plant expression vector 3302Y-MsNAP was constructed. MsNAP gene was successfully transferred into alfalfa by Agrobacterium mediated technique. The PCR and RT-PCR results showed that transgenic alfalfa plants with MsNAP gene were obtained. A total of basis for the study of the 10 MsNAP transgenic alfalfa plants were obtained, which provided the material function of MsNAP gene.
