摘要
目的探讨分析不同眼球按摩护理方式对青光眼小梁切除术后患者眼压及手术成功率的影响。方法选取于本院行小梁切除术的青光眼患者60例(60只眼),根据2组患者不同的健康状况、知识水平、行为特点、年龄和接受能力将所有患者分为对照组22例(22只眼)和观察组38例(38只眼),出院后对照组由家属协助按摩进行眼球按摩护理,观察组自行按摩。于出院时和术后3个月比较分析2组患者眼压和手术成功率。结果出院时,2组患者眼压情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月时,观察组患者眼压低于对照组及出院时眼压(P<0.05);对照组患者术后3个月时眼压高于出院时眼压(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组患者手术成功眼数为33只眼,高于对照组22只眼(P<0.05)。术后3个月观察组患者手术成功率为86.8%,高于对照组59.1%(P<0.05)。结论青光眼小梁切除术后患者自行进行眼球按摩护理能够更好的控制患者的眼压水平,促进功能性滤过泡的形成,提高手术成功率。
Objective To investigate the effect of different eye massage nursing methods on intraocular pressure and success rate of glaucoma patients after trabeculectomy. Methods A total of 60 glaucoma patients treated with trabeculectomy in our hospital were divided into control group with 22 cases （22 eyes） and observation group with 38 cases （38 eyes） according to the different health knowledge, behavior characteristics, age and acceptance ability. The control group was given eyeball massage nursing by family assistance massage, the observation group by self-massage on discharge. The intraocular pressure and the success rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed on dis- charge and at 3 months after operation. Results On discharge, there was no significant difference in intraocular pressure between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. At 3 months after operation, the intraoculm- pressure of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In- traocular pressure of the observation group at 3 months after operation was significantly lower than at discharged from the hospital （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Intraocular pressure of the control group at 3 months after operation was significantly higher than at discharged from the hospital（ P 〈 0.05 ）. At 3 months after operat/on, the number of successful eyes in the observation group （33 eyes） was significantly higher than that in the control group （22 eyes） （P 〈 0.05 ）. After 3 months of operation, the success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ （86.8% vs. 59.1%, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Eyeball massage nursing for glaucoma patients after trabeculectomy can better control the level of intraocular pressure, promote the formation of functional filtering bleb, and improve the success rate of surgery.
