摘要
目的:探讨急救护理技能情景综合模拟训练教学的效果,以提高学生急救知识和技能的综合运用能力。方法:采用整群抽样,抽取2013级普护138名学生为观察组,2013级口腔、助产护理142名学生为对照组。对照组采用传统示教法,观察组进行情景综合模拟训练。实训课结束后,问卷调查情景综合模拟训练教学的效果,并分析课程考核成绩。结果:观察组学生单项操作技能、急救综合技能及理论知识总成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);情景综合模拟训练教学学生评价较好,12个项目均没有学生选择"无帮助"和"不确定"项目,93.5%~100%的学生选择了"很大帮助"项目。通过质性访谈和学生反思了解到,仍存在一些影响情景综合模拟训练教学的因素。结论:情景综合模拟训练教学有利于提高学生的急救护理能力。
Objective :To investigate the effects of the situation simulation teaching of emergency nursing skills for further improving the comprehensive competence of first-aid knowledge and skills of students. Methods: Using the cluster sampling, 138 students from nurse department grade 2013 and 142 students from dental and obstetric department grade 2013 were divided into the observation group and control group, respectively. The observation group and control group were trained using the traditional demonstration and situation simulation, respectively. After finishing practice, the comprehensive effect of situation simulation teaching was investigated using questionnaire,and the course achievement was analyzed. Results:The scores of the single manipulation skill, first-aid comprehensive skill and theory in observation group were higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). The evaluation of student on the situation simulation teaching was better. Among 12 items, no student selected the " no-help" and " uncertainty" items, and 93.5% to 100% students selected " great help" item. Some factors influencing situation simulation teaching were found by qualitative interview and student reflection. Conclusions:The situation simulation practice can help to improve the emergency nursing abilities of students.
