摘要
在本科教育数量增长而质量下降、应用型技能人才缺口较大,毕业生就业困难的背景下,转为"应用技术型"是地方本科高校发展的新思路新举措。地方本科高校转型发展应明确转型之界线,确保"型"转而"魂"不丢。地方本科高校的转"型"可从以下三方面实现:人才培养的目标由"复合"型转为"应用"型、社会服务的区域由"中央"转为"地方"、科学研究的重点由"引领"转为"服务";地方本科高校的留"魂"要求高校坚守以人为本不转变、坚守办学自主不转变、坚守办学层次不转变。
Under the background of the increase in the number of undergraduate education and the low quality, the application of skilled talents and the employment background of graduates and the reasons for the transition to ＂application technology＂ is a new way of thinking about the development of local undergraduate colleges. The transformation of local undergraduate colleges and universities should clearly define the boundaries of transformation, to ensure that ＂type＂ to ＂soul＂ is not lost. The transformation of local colleges and universities can be realized from the following three aspects： the goal of personnel training from ＂compound＂ to ＂application＂ type, social service area from ＂central＂ to ＂place＂, the focus of scientific research ＂To lead＂ to ＂service＂; local colleges and universities to stay in the ＂soul＂ requires colleges and universities to adhere to the people do not change, adhere to the autonomy of school does not change, adhere to the school level does not change.
