摘要
金融业被定义为21世纪最具发展前景的行业。经济发展"新常态"的出现促进了金融体制的改革,加大了对金融人才的需求。吉林省委省政府对金融业高度重视,出台相关改革创新政策促进金融业发展,金融人才的需求也呈现上升趋势。目前,金融机构人员数量不断增加,从业人员增长趋势明显,存在高层次金融人才短缺、人才结构单一、供需缺口大、供给结构矛盾突出、金融体系不完善等问题,因此,提出相应的解决方案,探索适合吉林省经济发展需要金融人才培养模式十分重要。
The financial industry is defined as the most promising industry in twenty-first Century,and the emergence of the "new normal" of economic development promotes the reform of the financial system,increasing the demand for financial professionals.At present,the number of financial institutions is increasing,the growth trend of employees is obvious,the shortage of high-level financial talents,the single structure of personnel,the gap between supply and demand,the contradiction of supply structure and the imperfect financial system which should prove out related solve program and explore financial personnel training mode to suit the economic development of Jilin Province.
