摘要
试验将甘草、菊花、罗汉果等中草药和红茶菌制备成中草药红茶菌制剂,通过对母猪进行饲喂及口鼻喷雾,研究该制剂对母猪及哺乳仔猪生产性能的影响。将68头妊娠母猪随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮(326母猪料),试验组[326母猪料+5 kg/t中草药红茶菌制剂饲喂+100 mL/(头·次)中草药红茶菌制剂稀释液口鼻喷雾]。结果表明:在平均温度为29.5℃、平均相对湿度为64.9%的条件下,试验组母猪采食量及母猪断奶后7 d内的发情率均高于对照组(P>0.05);母猪哺乳失重显著少于对照组(P<0.05);试验组仔猪21日龄断奶窝均重与平均日增重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),分别提高7.34%和9.23%;21日龄成活率达100%,而对照组则为96.3%;试验组母猪没有发生便秘情况,而对照组母猪便秘率为8.83%;试验组哺乳仔猪腹泻率比对照组降低4.41个百分点,试验期间母猪死淘率均为零。说明该制剂可提高母猪及哺乳仔猪的生产性能,同时对母猪便秘、仔猪腹泻等均有一定改善作用。
In this study, Licorice, Chrysanthemum, Mahogany fruit and other Chinese herbal medicine and Kombucha were prepared into Chinese herbal medicine kombucha preparation, the effect of the preparation on the performance of sows and suckling piglets was studied by the sow for feeding and nose and mouth spray. 68 pregnant sows were divided into control group and experimental group randomly. The control group was fed with basal diet （326 sow material）, and the test group was fed with basal diets add 0.5% Kombucha with Chinese medicinal herb, sprayed nose and mouth 100 mL for each one. The results showed that under the condition of average temperature of 29.5 ~C and average relative humidity of 64.9%, the feeding rate of the sows and the estrus rate within 7 days after weaning were higher than those in the control group （P〉 0.05）. Sow lactation loss was significantly less than the control group（P〈0.05）. The average weight gain and average daily gain of weaning nest were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group at 21 days of age （P〈0.05）, increased by 7.34% and 9.23% respectively. The survival rate of the 21 days was 100%, while the control group was 96.3%. There was no constipation in the test group, while the control group sows had a constipation rate of 8.83%. The diarrhea rate of nursing pigs in the experimental group was 4.41 percentage points lower than that in the control group; The sow death rate is zero during the trial. Indicating that the preparation can improve the growth performance of sows and suckling piglets, while the sow constipation, piglets diarrhea have a certain improvement.
