摘要
目的探讨椎间孔镜技术椎板间入路选择性减压治疗退变性腰椎管狭窄症的临床效果。方法选择2015年6月~2016年6月在我院接受治疗的78例退变性腰椎管狭窄症患者作为研究对象,采用随机、双盲法将其分为实验组和对照组,各39例。对照组予以常规全椎板切除术治疗,实验组予以椎间孔镜技术椎板间入路选择性减压治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果实验组术后即刻、术后3个月、6个月的JOA评分、治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,而术后即刻、术后3个月、6个月的VAS评分则显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对退变性腰椎管狭窄症患者予以椎间孔镜技术椎板间入路选择性减压治疗能够有效提升患者的临床治疗效果,改善患者的神经功能,缓解疼痛,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of selective decompression of the intervertebral foramen technique intervertebral disc approach in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.nethods 78 cases of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis from June 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to randomized,double blind method,39 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional laminectomy treatment,the experimental group was given selective decompression of the intervertebral fora- men technique intervertebral disc approach treatment.The treatment effect in the two groups was compared.Results The JOA score and the total effective rate of the immediate,3 and 6 months after operation in the experiment group was sig- nificantly higher than that in the control group,the VAS score of the immediate,3 and 6 months after operation in the experiment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of selective decompression of the intervertebral foramen technique intervertebral disc approach can effec- tively improve the clinical treatment effect on patients with degenerative lumbar spinal canal,improve the neurological function,relieve pain,the effect is remarkable,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
