摘要
目的分析快速康复外科理念在PPH术患者中的应用价值。方法随机抽取2014年7月~2016年6月本院收治的进行PPH手术治疗的患者150例,按照抽签的方式分为观察组(n=75)和对照组(n=75)。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行快速康复外科理念。比较两组患者护理满意度、术后情况以及并发症发生率。结果观察组的护理满意度(97.3%)高于对照组(85.3%),并发症发生率(21.3%)低于对照组的(50.7%),下床活动时间[(7.3±1.3)h]、住院时间[(3.5±0.6)d]、首次排便时间[(18.3±2.1)h]均短于对照组[(15.4±1.9)h、(6.5±1.1)d、(27.6±2.9)h],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科理念在PPH术中取得了显著的应用效果,护理满意度以及恢复速度明显提高,并发症发生率明显降低,值得借鉴和推广。
Objective To explore the application value of fast track surgery in patients undergone PPH.Methods A total of 150 patients undergone PPH from July 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected in this study and evenly di- vided into the observation group （n=75） and the control group （n=75） by drawing lots.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given fast track surgery nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing satisfaction,postoperative conditions and the incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction in the observation group （97.3%） was higher than that in the control group （85.3%）,the incidence of complications （21.3%） was lower than that in the control group （50.7%）,the time of being off bed,hospital stay,and the first defecation time [（7.3±1.3）h,（3.5±0.6）d,（18.3±2.1）h] were shorter than that in the control group [（15.4±1.9）h,（6.5±1.1）d,（27.6±2.9）h],and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Fast track surgery obtains a re- markable application effect on PPH at advantages of improved nursing satisfaction and recovery,and has decreased in- cidence of complications,which is worthy of reference and promotion.
