摘要
研究利用氟化钠与失效磷酸基抛光液中的铝形成难溶的氟化物,从而脱除抛光液中的铝使其再生。在反应温度为60℃、反应时间为40 min、氟化钠用量为化学计量的1.3倍、静置时间为1.5 d条件下,失效磷酸基抛光液中铝的脱除率可达98%以上。该脱铝工艺操作简便,铝脱除率高,还可副产工业级冰晶石,具有良好的应用前景。
Using sodium fluoride to react with aluminum in the invalid phosphoric acid-based polishing solution to form di f f i-cult soluble fluoride,thus removing the aluminium in polishing liquid and making its regeneration.At the conditions of reac-tion temperature of 60 益,reaction time of 40 min,dosage of sodium fluoride to its stoichiometry of 1.3 times,and stand for 1.5 d,removal rate of aluminum in the polishing liquid was over 98%.The novel processing can not only simple and make the spent phosphoric acid-based polishing solution regenerate,but also prepare industrial-grade cryolite.Therefore,it has good application prospect.
