Rh-(R,R)-Ph-BPE催化苯乙烯不对称氢甲酰化反应研究

摘要 主要采用Rh(acac)(CO)_2为催化前驱体和(-)-1,2-双((2R,5R)-2,5-二苯基磷)乙烷[(R,R)-Ph-BPE]为手性配体络合而成的配合物Rh-(R,R)-Ph-BPE为催化体系催化苯乙烯的不对称氢甲酰化反应,对各种反应条件进行系统性的考察,得出温度60℃,合成气[V(CO)∶V(H2)=1∶1]压力2MPa,反应时间4h,n[Rh(acac)(CO)2]∶n(苯乙烯)=1∶2 000,n[(R,R)-Ph-BPE]∶n[Rh(acac)(CO)2]=2,溶剂甲苯为较佳反应条件。对产品进行定性定量分析,最高收率为96%,光学收率高达67%,并对不对称氢甲酰化反应机理进行了探究。 Rh-(R , R )-Ph-BPE,thecoordinationcompound of Rh( acac) (CO) and (R , R )-Ph-BPE [(-)-1 ,2-double ( ( 2R , 5R )-2 , 5-diphenylphosphine) ethane] , was applied to catalyze the asymmetric hydroformylation reaction of styrene. The raction conditions was investigated systematically , and the optimum conditions were as follows: reaction temperature was 60℃, synthesis gas pressure was 2 MPa, reaction time was 4 h..(Rh) : n (substrate) was 1 : 2 000 ,n[ (R )-Ph-BPE)] : n(Rh) was 4, solvent was methylbenzene. The highest yield of (S )-2-phenyl propionaldehyde was 96 % , optical yield up to 67 %.
