摘要
目的观察微创拔牙术和传统拔牙术对下颌阻生智齿拔除临床效果及并发症的影响。方法选取2015年5月至2016年7月在我院口腔科接受治疗的104例下颌阻生智齿患者作为研究对象,按手术方式的不同分为观察组与对照组,每组52例。观察组行微创拔牙术,对照组行传统拔牙术,观察比较两组的手术指标及术中、术后并发症情况。结果观察组的手术时间显著少于对照组,术后疼痛程度、张口受限度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术中并发症发生率、术后并发症发生率分别为11.5%、13.5%,均低于对照组的46.2%、42.3%(P<0.05)。结论微创拔牙术治疗下颌阻生智齿的效果显著,手术时间短,术后疼痛程度低,不影响张口,且术中、术后并发症少,安全有效。
Objective To observe the clinical effects and complications of minimally invasive extraction and traditional extraction of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth. Methods 104 cases of patients with mandibular impacted wisdom teeth in the department of stomatology of our hospital from May 2015 to July 2016 were selected. According to the surgical methods, all cases were divided into two groups, with 52 cases in each group. The observation group underwent minimally invasive extraction, and the control group underwent traditional extraction. The surgical indicators, and intraoperative and postoperative complications of two groups were observed and compared. Results The operation time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group, and the postoperative pain degree and limitation of mouth opening were significantly better than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of intraoperative complications and the incidence of postoperative complications of observation group were 11.5% and 13.5% respectively, significantly lower than 46.2% and 42.3% of control group, respectively （2~〈0.05）. Conclusions The minimally invasive extraction is safe and effective in the treatment of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth, with short operation time, low postoperative pain degree, few intraoperative and postoperative complications, and the degree of opening mouth is not affected.
