摘要
目的:探讨健脑益智散联合康复训练对脑瘫患儿血清IGF-1及炎性细胞因子的影响。方法:选取我院诊断及治疗的脑性瘫痪患儿94例,按随机数字表法分组,对照组47例予以综合康复训练治疗,研究组47例予以健脑益智散口服联合综合康复训练治疗,观察并记录两组间发育和运动改善状况、炎症指标、血清IGF-1及IGFBP-2水平,同时对比临床疗效。结果:对照组临床有效率76.60%低于研究组临床有效率91.49%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组治疗后MDI、PDI及GMFM评分显著升高,治疗后TNF-α、IL-6水平降低,IL-10水平显著升高,治疗后血清IGF-1升高,血清IGFBP-2水平降低,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脑益智散联合康复训练可以提高脑瘫患儿血清IGF-1水平、改善炎性指标,疗效显著。
Objective： To investigate the Jiannao Yizhi Powder combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of cerebral palsy in children in serum IGF-1 and inflammatory cytokines. Methods ： 94 childern with cerebral palsy in our hospital were selected and divided into 2 groups,47 cases in the control group received rehabilitation training,47 cases in the treatment group received more with Jiannao Yizhi Powder. Development and improvement of exercise status, inflammatory markers, serum 1GF-1 and IGFBP-2 levels and clinical effect were compared. Results： The clinical efficiency of the control group （ 76.60% ）was lower than the treatment group （ 91.49% ）, with significant difference （ P〈0.05 ）, compared with the control group, MDI and PDI and GMFM score in the treatment group were higher after treatment, TNF-α and IL-6 levels were lower, IL-10 level was higher, serum IGF-1 was higher, serum IGFBP-2 was lower, with statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Jiannao Yizhi Powder combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of cerebral palsy in children was effective, and it can improve the serum IGF-1 level and the inflammatory index.
