摘要
[目的]分析通海县精神卫生综合管理效果,探索针对严重精神障碍患者的有效管理方法。[方法]收集2014年、2016年年末通海县严重精神障碍患者检出率、管理率、治疗率、救助救治率、病情稳定率等数据,进行综合评价分析。[结果]经过近两年的精神卫生综合管理,2016年通海县严重精神障碍患者健康管理率(44.4%)、检出率(5.28‰)、在册率(5.09‰)比2014年提高(P<0.05);在册患者年管理率(97.40%)、慢性病证持有率(63.00%)、救助救治率(60.01%)和病情稳定率(53.12%)较2014年升高(P<0.05);在管患者治疗率(71.20%)与2014年相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);检出率、在册患者管理率、治疗率均达到云南省目标要求并超过全省平均水平,2016年规范管理率低于云南省平均水平,但已超过云南省目标任务。[结论]通海县由政府主导,多部门合作的精神卫生综合管理模式取得了较好的管理效果,可以大力推广实施。
Objective To analyze the effect of mental healthcomprehensive management effect in order to explore effective management of severe psychogeny patients. Methods It collected the data of relevance ratio, management rate, treatment rate, salvation and treat and cure rate and illness stable rate to the patients with severe mental disorders in Tonghai county from 2014 to the end of the year of 2016, and made comprehen- sive assessment and analysis. Results After comprehensive management of mental health in recent years, health management rate （44. 4% ） , relevance ratio （5.28%） and registered rate （5.09%） of severe psychogeny patients in 2016 was higher than that in 2014 （P 〈 0.05 ） . Reg- istered patients management rate was 97.40% , chronic disease card holding rate was 60. 33% , salvation and treat and cure rate was 60. 01% , and illness stable rate was 53.12%, all above were higher that in 2014 （P 〈 0. 05 ） . There was no statistical significance in management pa- tients treatment rate which compared with in 2014. Relevance ratio, registered management rate, treatment rate reached Yunnan provincial tar- get requirement and over provincial average level. The standardizemanagement rate was lower than the average level of Yunnan Province in 2016, but it over provincial target. Conclusions Themental heahhcomprehensive management mode which conducted by government, cooperated by multi -sectors has obtained good management effect, can be vigorously promoted.
