摘要
公共文化服务是实现文化强国的重要途径。行动者身份的品牌化认证、互动空间的公共性转换、服务能力的联动式升级及发展方向的国家在场化定位是"让公共文化服务运转起来"的成功之策;文化项目的品牌化、文化空间的公共化、文化服务的平台化和文化互动的网络化及国家的常态化在场是提升国家文化治理能力的重要途径。以文化为纽带并以文化建构为目的、多元化治理主体的文化生成、多元化治理主体的文化合作及多元化治理主体的文化共同体建构,是公共文化服务的应有之义。
The practice of public cultural service in China is an important part of enhancing the strength of state from the cultural perspective. The brand authentication of actors' identity, the public conversion of interactive space, the upgrade of service capacity, and the presence of state in the developing direction are all strategies which can successfully make public cultural service working. The brand element in cultural projects, the public element in cultural space, the platform in cultural service, the network element in cultural interaction, and the normalization presence of the state are fundamental measures which enhance cultural governance ability of the state. Taking culture as a link and making cultural construction as a purpose, and promoting the cultural making, cultural cooperation, and cultural community construction for the diverse governance subjects have great meanings for public cultural service.
