Synthesis of sulfonate-containing polyether organosilicone

摘要 以α,ω-含氢硅油(α,ω-PHMS)和烯丙基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯环氧基醚(APEE550)为原料,H2Pt Cl6作催化剂,通过硅氢加成反应制得中间体环氧基聚醚有机硅(EPES),再将EPES和KHSO_3进行磺化反应合成了一种磺酸盐型聚醚有机硅(SPES)。用单因素试验法对磺化反应条件进行了优化,用红外光谱(FTIR)对SPES的结构进行了表征。结果表明SPES磺化反应的最优条件为:反应温度80℃、反应时间5 h、n(KHSO_3)∶n(EPES)=2.6∶1。FTIR分析证实SPES为合成的预期目标物。表面张力仪测定SPES的临界胶束浓度(cmc)为2.0×10^(-3)g/m L,临界表面张力(γcmc)为24.6 mN/m。 A new kind of sulfonate-containing polyether organosilicone (SPES) was synthesized by the sulfonation reaction of epoxy group polyether organosilicone (EPES) with potassium hydrogen sulfite (KHSO3). EPES was prepared by hydrosilylation of α,ω-hydrogen-containing silicone oil (α,ω-PHMS) with allyl polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene epoxy ether (APEE550) using chloroplatinic acid as the catalyst. The optimum conditions of sulfonation reaction were investigated by single factor test. The chemical structure of SPES was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The experimental results were showed as follows. The optimum conditions of sulfonation reaction were as follows: reaction temperature 80 %, reaction time 5 h, n(KHSO3):n(EPES)= 2.6: 1. The FTIR analysis showed that the expected product was synthesized. Its critical micelle concentration (cmc) was determined by the surface tensiometer to be 2.0×10^-3g/mL, and critical surface tension (γcmc) to be 24.6 mN/m.
