东平湖浮游动物群落结构特征及水质评价 被引量:11

STUDY ON COMMUNITY CHARACTERISTICS OF ZOOPLANKTON AND ASSESSMENT OF WATER QUALITY IN DONGPING LAKE

摘要 为研究东平湖浮游动物的群落结构,于春夏两季连续五年对东平湖进行了调查.结果共检出浮游动物4类78种(属),其中轮虫38种(48.72%)、原生动物27种(34.62%)、枝角类9种(11.54%)和桡足类4种(5.13%);主要优势种为旋回侠盗虫(Strobilidium gyrans)、淡水筒壳虫(Tintinnidium fluviatile)、王氏似铃壳虫(Tintinnopsis wangi)、长额象鼻溞(Bosmina longirostris);密度为3 470.35-7 444.09 ind./L,生物量为1.21-5.62 mg/L;Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H')为1.40-2.72,Pielou均匀度指数为0.34-0.61,多样性阈值为0.56-1.83.依据浮游动物生物量和生物多样性指数的评价结果,东平湖水质为α-β中污型,2011年为中营养型,2012-2015年均为富营养型. In order to understand the community characteristics of zooplankton in Dongping Lake, nine times surveys were conducted in spring and summer during 2011 to 2015. The results showed that a total of 78 species of zooplankton were identified, including 38 species of rotifers (48.72% of the total number of zooplankton species) , 27 species of protozoa (34.62%) , 9 species of cladocerans (11.54%) and 4 species of copepods (5.13%). The values of density and biomass were 3470.352 to 7444.092 ind./L and 1.21 to 5.62 rag/L, respectively. The domi- nant species consist of Strobilidium gyrans, Tintinnidium fluviatile, Tintinnopsis wangi and Bosmina longirostris. All the values of the Shannon-Wiener, Pielou's index and diversity threshold were small, as they being 1.40 to 2.72, 0.34 to 0.61 and 0.56 to 1.83, respectively. From the evaluation of biomass and biodiversity of zooplankton, the trophic type of Dongping Lake could be regarded as α-β mesosaprobic, and it was in the state of mesotrophic in 2011 and eutrophic in 2012 to 2015.
