摘要
利用管内插入物强化传热是目前最为常见的强化传热方式之一,管内插入物容易加工,拆装方便,可以显著提高已有换热器的换热性能,大大减少设备投资,节约资源,降低能耗。由于插入物形状的差异,不同插入物强化传热的效果也大不相同,因此,选择性能优良的管内插入物对于强化传热至关重要。本文主要介绍管内新型螺旋弹簧式插入物的结构、强化传热的原理以及强化传热在工业应用中的前景。
The use of heat transfer enhancement tube inserts is currently one of the most common way of strengthening heat transfer, pipe insert easy processing, tear open outfit is convenient, can significantly improve the heat transfer performance of existing heat exchanger, greatly reduce equipment investment, save resources, reduce energy consumption. Due to differences in insert shape, the effect of different heat transfer enhancement insert is very different, therefore, choose the excellent performance of tube inserts is very important to strengthen heat transfer. This paper mainly introduces the structure of new type spiral spring insert inside, strengthening heat transfer principle and strengthening heat transfer in industrial application prospect.
