摘要
目的:探讨后路减压+椎弓根钉固定+横突间植骨+Cage椎间植骨融合术治疗老年性腰椎滑脱并椎管狭窄的疗效。方法:收治老年性腰椎滑脱并椎管狭窄患者50例,均在后路减压和椎弓根钉固定治疗的基础上联合横突间植骨及Cage椎间植骨融合术治疗。结果:术后并发症发生率2.00%;患者钉棒系统位置满意,Gage无下沉和移位现象。结论:在后路减压和椎弓根钉固定治疗的基础上联合横突间植骨及Cage椎间植骨融合术治疗老年性腰椎滑脱并椎管狭窄疗效显著。
Objective:To investigate the effect of posterior decompression and pedicle screw fixation and intertransverse bone and cage interbody fusion for treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis with spinal stenosis.Methods:50 elderly patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis and spinal stenosis were selected.All patients were given the intertransverse and cage interbody fusion for the treatment on the basis of posterior decompression and pedicle screw fixation treatment.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications was 2%,and the position of the screw rod system was satisfactory,and there was no subsidence and displacement of Gage.Conclusion:Posterior decompression and pedicle screw fixation on the basis of bone fusion combined with intertransverse interbody and cage for treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis with spinal stenosis has significant curative effect.
