摘要
气流组织设计是设计空调器性能实验室的核心之一,在研究空调器性能实验室气流组织设计的基础上,建立相应的数学及物理模型,划分相应的网格结构,运用CFD软件进行模拟,采用导流板来减少旋流的产生,与不加导流板所产生的空调器性能试验室内流场分布进行对比,发现设置导流板的静压室内气流更加平稳。同时模拟导流板放置不同位置时周围流场的变化,寻找较优导流板的放置位置,达到减少旋流的影响、使实验室工作区气压更加均匀的目的,从而使空调器性能测试实验结果更加准确可靠。
Airflow organization design is the crucial part in designing air conditioner performance lab. On the basis of researching the airflow organization design of air conditioner performance laboratory, the corresponding mathematical and physical models are established. Meanwhile, the grid structure is divided and simulated by CFD software. Compared with the flow field distribution in the performance lab of the air conditioner without the bajfle plate, it is found that the airflow in the static pressure chamber of the baffle plate is more stable. Simulating the change of the flow field around the deflector at different positions, finding the placement of the optimal guide plate to reduce the effect of the swirl and making the air pressure of the laboratory work area more uniform are also studied. The more accurate and reliable results of the air conditioner performance test can be obtained.
