摘要
基于铁路科技企业项目管理的实际需求,采用以Spring MVC(Model View Controller)框架为主体、多层的设计模式,建立集合同管理和科研项目管理为一体的全生命周期项目信息化管理系统,实现铁路科技企业项目管理过程的科学化、规范化和标准化。
Abstract： Based on the actual demand of project management for railway science and technology enterprise, this article adopted the Spring MVC（Model View Controller） framework as the main body, multi-layer design patterns, set up the whole life cycle project information management system integrating contract management and scientifc research project management, implemented the scientifc and standardized project management process of railway science and technology enterprises.Keywords： railway science and technology enterprise; project; informatization; management
