摘要
为验证尾矿库外排废水的水质是否达到排放要求,本文构建一套尾矿库废水在线监测系统,可实时自动监测废水的化学需氧量(COD)、p H值和流量等参数,通过工业以太网通信平台将监测的实时数据送至矿区中控室存储、处理及显示,同时预留上传至当地环保部门网络接口。
In order to verify that the quality of wastewater discharged from tailings storage reaches the discharge requirement, one set of railings storage wastewater on-line monitoring system is developed in this paper, so as to constantly and automatically monitor chemical oxygen demand （COD）, pH value and flow of wastewater. The monitored real-time data is sent to the central control room for storage, processing and display through the industrial Ethernet communication platform, meanwhile, the interface that the data is unloaded to the local environmental protection department shall be kept.
