摘要
应用计算机软件实现检索过程自动化和智能化是查新技术的发展趋势。基于科技查新技术规范,通过研究检索和撰写报告的规范化工作流程,设计开发了集成查新点分析、检索词及检索式构造、文献管理与分析、结论和报告生成等功能的一体化工作平台,实现了检索词、检索式和文献的统一管理,提高了查新工作效率和查新报告质量。
Technology trend of novelty search is the application of automated and intelligent retrieval software system Based on specification of sci-tech novelty search and study on normalization procedures of retrieval and report writing, this paper develops the working platform including analysis of novelty search points, search terms and queries construction, document management and analysis, and conclusion and report auto-generating. It provides unified management of search terms, queries and documents, and improves the efficiency of novelty retrieval and the quality of novehy report.
