C_5加氢石油树脂制备工艺的研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用固定床加氢装置及自制加氢催化剂制备了C_5加氢石油树脂,考察了不同反应条件对加氢产物指标的影响。较佳反应条件是:温度260℃、压力8.0 MPa、进料树脂质量分数10%、液体空速2h^(-1)、氢油体积比200。在此条件下加氢产物指标为Gardnar色度0.1,溴价0.125g/100g,加氢转化率≥97%。 The preparation process conditions of Cs hydrogenation petroleum resin were studied by using a fixed-bed reactor and homemade hydrogenation catalyst. The influences of different reaction conditions on the indexes of hydrogenation product were also investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were derived, which are temperature 260 ℃, pressure 8.0 MPa, feed concentration 10%, liquid feed rate 2 h-1 ,ratio of hydrogen to oil 200. The indexes of hydrogenation product are Gardnarchroma 0.1 ,bromine value 0. 125 g/100 g,convert ratio≥97%.
