描述煤矿应急救援的概念及内容,综述煤炭应急救援方面的相关研究,分析煤矿应急救援的方法,包括救援能力指标评价法、信息技术法、装备技术研究法,总结当前煤矿应急救援方面的最新进展和特征,并提出煤矿应急救援的对策建议与研究展望。
The paper stressed the conception and content of the coal mine emergency rescue and reviewed a study on the emergency rescue aspects of the coal mine. The paper analyzed the emergency rescue methods in the coal mine, including the evaluation method of the rescue ability index, information technical method and equipment and technology study method. The paper summarized the up- date progress and features of the emergency rescue aspects in the present coal mine and provided the countermeasure proposals and study prospects of the coal mine emergency rescue.
