摘要
目的探讨慢性泪囊炎致病菌分布及药物敏感性,为临床制定合理用药方案提供科学依据。方法回顾性分析2013年12月—2015年12月信阳市眼科医院眼科收治的120例慢性泪囊炎患者的临床资料,泪囊分泌物取样,培养鉴定病原菌,做药物敏感试验,观察致病菌的种类、检出率及对药物敏感情况。结果在送检标本120例中,均检出一种致病菌,致病菌菌株阳性101例,检出率84.2%。18例革兰阴性杆菌患者中,对氯霉素、左氧氟沙星、庆大霉素、妥布霉素、头孢唑啉、舒巴坦/头孢哌酮的敏感率较高,分别占88.9%、94.4%、83.3%、94.4%、77.8%、94.4%;74例革兰阳性球菌患者中,对利福平、氯霉素、左氧氟沙星、庆大霉素、妥布霉素、头孢唑啉、舒巴坦/头孢哌酮的敏感率较高,分别占64.9%、52.7%、83.8%、87.8%、86.5%、77.0%、98.6%。结论慢性泪囊炎的致病菌较多,以革兰阳性球菌、革兰阴性杆菌为主,可首选氯霉素、左氧氟沙星、庆大霉素、妥布霉素、头孢唑啉、舒巴坦/头孢哌酮等药物。
Objective To investigate the chronic daeryocystitis pathogens distribution and drug sensitivity for the clinical development of rational drug use program provides a scientific basis. Results In the submission of samples in 120 cases, were detected in one kind of bacteria, pathogenic strains of positive 101 cases, the detection rate of 84. 2%. 18 cases of patients with Gram - negative bacteria, chloramphenicol, levofloxacin, gentamicin, tobramycin, cefazolin, sulbactam/cefoperazone sen- sitivity rates higher, accounting for 88.9%, 94. 4%, 83. 3%, 94. 4%, 77. 8%, 94. 4% ; 74 cases of patients with Gram -positive cocci, rifampin, chloramphenicol, levofloxacin, gentamicin, tobramycin, cefazolin, SBT/cefoperazone sensitiv- ity rates higher, accounting for 64. 9%, respectively, 52. 7%, 83. 8%, 87. 8%, 86. 5%, 77. 0%, 98.6%. Conclusion Chronic dacryocystitis many pathogens, Gram -positive cocci, gram -negative bacilli, may be the preferred ehloram- phenicol, levofloxacin, gentamiein, tobramycin, cefazolin, Shuba Tan/cefoperazone and other drugs.
