摘要
为了了解喷霜现象对低烟无卤(LSHF)电缆材料热老化性能的影响,先采用红外光谱对耐油和耐酸碱性合格的LSHF电缆材料的喷霜物质进行分析,分析结果是喷霜物质为助抗氧剂硫代二丙酸双十八酯,之后对LSHF电缆材料喷霜前后的热老化力学拉伸性能(拉伸强度、断裂伸长率)和热老化寿命进行试验研究,研究结果表明喷霜现象对LSHF电缆材料的上述热老化性能几乎没有影响,材料可以正常使用。
In order to understand the influence of blooming phenomenon on the thermal aging property of low smoke halogen-free (LSHF) cable materials, infrared spectrum is used to analyze the blooming material of the LSHF cable material which is qualified in oil resistance and acid and alkali resistance. The result of the analysis shows that the blooming material is the distearylthiodipropionate (assistant anti-oxydant). Then, the mechanical tensile properties (tensile strength, elongation at break) before and after blooming and the thermal aging life of LSHF cable materials are experimentally investigated. The results show that the blooming phenomenon has little effect on the above thermal aging properties of LSHF cable materials, and the material can .be used normally.
