摘要
高校教师考核评价不仅受考核评价方案本身科学性的影响,也受考核评价当事双方价值取向的影响。同属学校组织的管理者和教师,因身份阶层归属不同呈现出在立场与指向、地位与权力和角色与态度上的差异。对于考核评价过程中的异议冲突,两者也呈现出不同的博弈策略和路径选择。现实合理可行的高校教师考核评价需要合理的共识目标、公正的评审制度和对实体正义关怀的共同促进。
Teacher evaluation is influenced not only by the scientificity of evaluation program itself, but also by the values of both parties of evaluation. Managers and teachers, both belonging to the school organization, present differ- ences in standpoint and direction, status and power, and role and attitude due to their different identities and classes. About the dissents and conflicts in the process of evaluation, they show different game strategies and path choices. Re- alistic, rational and feasible teacher evaluation in colleges and universities needs the collaborative promotion of rational and commonly recognized goals, fair evaluation system and the caring of substantive justice.
