科研反哺教学用于创新人才培养的应用研究与实践 被引量:7

摘要 基于科研团队多年来的研究成果和对科研反哺教学途径的研究,通过教师科研、开放实验、毕业论文和创新训练等平台与实验教学的融合,开发了若干个实验项目。将这些实验项目应用于教学实践,不仅提升了教师教学水平,更新了实验教学内容,更重要的是培养了学生合作精神,增强了学生实践能力。因此,科研反哺教学的实验项目开发策略是应用型创新人才培养的有效途径之一。 A number of experimental items have been developed based on the practice platforms that the teacher's scientific research, the opening experiment, the graduation thesis of bachelor's degree and the innovative training with the integration of experimental teaching and based on the research achievements of scientific research team and study on approach of scientific research of back feeding teaching. These experimental items were applied to teaching practice with promoted the teachers' teaching level, updated the experimental teaching content, cultivated the students' spirit of cooperation and enhanced the students' practical ability. Therefore, the development strategy of experimental item through research of back feeding teaching is one of the effective approach of applicable talents cultivating.
