摘要
高校尤其是高水平的基础学科研究型大学因具有各方面最为优良的资源,理应肩负起起培养基础学科拔尖人才的重任。该文采用问卷调查的方式,针对国内部分开设基础学科的高校,展开基础学科拔尖人才成长的问卷调查,分析我国基础学科拔尖人才成长及培养现状、现阶段存在的问题,最后提出加快培养基础学科拔尖人才可以采取的措施。
Training outstanding environmental science talents is very urgent because of the greatly deterioration of our environmental situation. Universities especially high level research universities with the most excellent resources for various aspects, should shoulder the responsibility for training the environmental science talents. This paper adopts the method of questionnaire, surveys tip-top talents majoring in environment by self designed questionnaires in some key domestic universities, The investigation mainly includes the situation and current problems of the cultivation and growth of the tip-top environmental major talents in domestic colleges and universities, and the relevant measures to speed up the training of talents.
