摘要
针对闭式四点八连杆机械压力机工艺行程精密设计要求,综合考虑拉延速度稳定的工作品质,提出以压力机行程设计误差最小和工作行程拉延速度波动量小的多目标函数,以机构动力学特性为约束条件,建立八连杆机械压力机杆系优化数学模型。采用带精英策略的非占优排序遗传算法NSGA-Ⅱ对含有12个优化变量的数学模型进行优化,保证行程设计误差最小为第一附加准则,在pareto最优解中确定最终杆系参数。优化实例表明该方法可以为闭式四点八连杆机械压力机复杂杆系快速设计提供参考。
According to the precise design requirement of eight-linkages mechanical press, a multi-objective function of minimum of the stroke design error and the working stroke drawing velocity fluctuation was estab- lished, which dynamics characteristics of mechanism as the constraint conditions. The NSGA-II algorithna was used to optimize the mathematical model which contains 12 variables, and ensured that the minimum stroke de- sign error was the first additional criterion, and the final system parameters are determined in the Pareto optimal solution. Optimization example shows that this method can provide reference for the rapid design of eight- linka- ges mechanical press.
