细胞因子IL-35研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 白介素（IL）-35是IL-12家族中的新成员,由EB病毒诱导基因3（Ebi3）蛋白和p35（IL-12a）亚基组成异源二聚体,与IL-12、IL-23和IL-27共同组成了IL-12细胞因子家族。关于IL-35的发现可追溯1997年Devergne等发现Ebi3和p35可以聚合形成异二聚体,作为促红细胞生成素,但未对其功能进行研究。2007年,Vignali团队发现IL-35的生物学功能,IL-35可由Treg细胞分泌并能抑制T效应细胞的功能。
