摘要
目的观察黄芪保心汤对冠心病心绞痛病人的中医证候积分及血脂、血浆炎症因子的影响。方法将冠心病心绞痛病人86例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各43例。对照组仅给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用黄芪保心汤,比较治疗后两组病人中医证候积分、血脂和炎症因子水平。结果治疗后两组病人中医证候积分、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);且治疗组中医证候积分、总胆固醇、IL-6、TNF-α、Hcy水平改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论黄芪保心汤是治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效方药,其机制可能与降低血脂水平,改善炎症相关因子表达有关。
Objective To observe the effects of Huangqi Baoxin decoction（HBD）on the clinical syndrome,blood lipid and plasma inflammatory factors in patients with angina pectoris.Methods Eighty-six patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups：control group（n =43）treated with routine treatment,and treatment group（n =43）treated with routine treatment and HBD.The syndrome scores,blood lipid and inflammatory factors were observed after treatment.Results The syndrome scores and the levels of plasma total cholesterol（TC）,triglycerides（TG）,low density lipoprotein（LDL）,C-reactive protein（CRP）,interleukin-6（IL-6）,tumor necrosis factor alpha（TNF-α）,homocysteine（HCY）were reduced after treatment in two groups（P〈 0.05 or P 〈0.01）.The syndrome scores and the levels of plasma TC,IL-6,TNF-α,HCY in treatment group were lower than those in control group（P 〈0.05 or P〈 0.01）.Conclusion HBD can lowering blood lipid level and improving the expression of inflammatory factors in patients with angina pectoris.
