百令胶囊联合左卡尼汀对慢性肾功能不全患者肾功能及糖脂代谢的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Bailing capsule combined with L-carnitine on renal function and glucolipid metabolism in patients with chronic renal insufficiency

摘要 目的 探讨百令胶囊联合左卡尼汀对慢性肾功能不全患者肾功能及糖脂代谢的影响.方法 选取2013年3月至2015年12月50例慢性肾功能不全患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组25例.对照组给予左卡尼汀,观察组给予百令胶囊联合左卡尼汀治疗,比较两组内生肌酐清除率(Ucr)、血清肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)等肾功能指标,空腹血糖(FPG)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等糖脂代谢指标,C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)等炎症指标.结果 两组治疗前Ucr、Scr、BUN比较差异未见统计学意义(P〉0.05);观察组治疗后Scr[(265.31±12.16)μmol/L、BUN(13.98±0.75)mmol/L]低于对照组,Ucr[(30.05±1.57)ml/min]高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).观察组FPG、TG、TC、LDL-C均低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).观察组治疗后CRP、IL-6、TNF-α均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 百令胶囊联合左卡尼汀治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者肾功能与糖脂代谢,降低炎症反应,具有较好的临床应用价值. Objective To study the effect of Bailing Capsule combined with L-carnitine on renal function and glucolipid metabolism in patients with chronic renal insufficiency.Methods Fifty patients with chronic renal insufficiency treated in our hospital from March 2013 to December 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with L-carnitine, while the observation group was treated with Bailing Capsule combined with L-carnitine.The renal function indexes [endogenous creatinine clearance rate(Ucr), serum creatinine(Scr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN)], glucolipid metabolism indexes [fasting plasma glucose(FPG), triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)] and inflammatory indexes [C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α)] were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in Ucr, Scr or BUN between the two groups before treatment (P〉0.05);After treatment, the levels of Scr [(265.31±12.16) μmol/L] and BUN [(13.98±0.75) mmol/L] in the observation group were lower than those in control group, while Ucr level [(30.05±1.57) ml/min] was higher than that in control group (P〈0.05).The levels of FPG, TG, TC and LDL-C in observation group were lower than those in control group, while the level of HDL-C was higher than that in control group (P〈0.05).After treatment, the levels of CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α in observation group were lower than those in control group (P〈0.05).Conclusions The curative effect of Bailing capsule combined with L-carnitine is significant.It can effectively improve the renal function and glucolipid metabolism and reduce inflammation in patients.It has high clinical application value.
