摘要
邵铭教授根据胆囊炎、胆管炎、胆石症等胆系疾病的临床特点,提出了胆囊炎的三期治法,以及应用疏肝理气、软坚散结、降胆和胃、清化通络四法治疗胆石症,并且根据活血化瘀药物药效程度的不同提出了分层次使用的经验,在临床上治疗胆系疾病取得了较为满意的疗效。
According to the clinical characteristics of cholecystitis, cholangitis, cholelithiasis and biliary diseases. Professor SHAO Ming suggested that cholecystitis should be divided into three stages of treatment. His experiences in the treatment of cholelithiasis have been summed up to four points： soothing the liver and regulating qi, softening hardness and dissipating mass,descending gallbladder and stomach, clearing meridians and dredging collaterals. The experience of different levels of using was put forward according to the different effects of blood circulation to dissipate blood stasist.What＇s more, it has achieved remarkable curative effects in clinic.
