摘要
目的?探究清金化痰汤对卒中相关性肺炎(SAP)患者临床疗效、白细胞计数及C反应蛋白的影响。方法将96例卒中相关性肺炎患者纳入本研究。按照入院顺序抽签后随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组给予常规西药治疗,试验组在此基础上加用清金化痰汤治疗。观察CPIS指标、CPIS评分、PCT水平变化等情况。结果试验组治疗后体温、气道分泌物水平低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后WBC水平、胸部X线低于治疗前(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后CPIS评分低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05),对照组治疗后CPIS评分低于治疗前(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后PCT水平、CRP水平低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05),对照组治疗后PCT水平、CRP水平低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论清金化痰汤对于卒中相关性肺炎的临床疗效较好,能够改善患者白细胞计数及C反应蛋白水平。
Objective To explore the influence on the clinical effects, WBC, CRP for the patients with strokeassociated pneumonia by Qingjin Huatan decoction. Methods 96 cases of patients with stroke-associated pneumonia were randomly divided into experiment group and control group, the control group were treated by conventional treatment. On the basis of the control group, the experiment group were treated by Qingjin Huatan decoction. The index of CPIS, the scores of CPIS, the levels of PCT were compared. Results The levels of temperature, airway secretion for the experiment group were lower than before treatment and the control group（P〈0.05）. The levels of WBC, chest X-ray for the experiment group were lower than before treatment（P〈0.05）. The scores of CPIS for the experiment group were lower than before treatment and the control group（P〈0.05）, the scores of CPIS for the control group were lower than before treatment（P〈0.05）. The levels of PCT, CRP for the experiment group were lower than before treatment and the control group（P〈0.05）, the levels of PCT, CRP for the control group were lower than before treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It has good clinical effects for the patients with stroke-associated pneumonia by Qingjin Huatandecoction, it can improve the WBC and the levels of CRP.
