摘要
针对无取向硅钢退火过程中出现的板形不良问题,通过大量跟踪及测试,从前道工序到本工序全流程分析了影响板形不良的主要因素,并提出了相应的改进措施,取得了较好的控制效果。
For the shape defect problem occurring in the annealing process of the non-oriented silicon steel,according to a large number of track and tests,the characteristics and laws of shape defect were found. Combined with the entire production process of cold rolling non-oriented silicon steel,the main factors were analyzed and corresponding solution is proposed in each cold rolling process,which proved to be better control effect.
