摘要
目的分析鸟巢式护理与抚触式护理在接受发展性照顾早产儿中的临床疗效。方法随机将72例早产儿分为鸟巢组和抚触组各36例,鸟巢组实行鸟巢式护理,抚触组实行抚触式护理。结果鸟巢组患儿护理后睡眠时间、奶摄入量,体重分别为(18.5±3.5)h/d、(207.5±25.8)mL/d、(2 857.5±136.6)g,均优于抚触组的(14.6±3.2)h/d、(158.5±26.2)mL/d、(2 286.5±125.8)g;平均住院时间上鸟巢组为(7.2±1.8)d,低于抚触组的(9.8±2.2)d,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在对早产儿进行发展性照顾期间实施鸟巢式护理可以更有效地促进早产儿的进食和生长,缩短住院时间,促进其早日出院。
Objective To study the analysis Niao Chao Shi nursing and touch type in premature infants in the clinical curative effect of developmental care. Method Choose 72 cases of premature infants,random included in the premature infant can be divided into the bird＇s nest and touch group 36 cases;The bird＇s nest group Niao Chao Shi nursing,nursing practice the touch type touch group. Results The bird＇s nest group of child care after sleep time,milk intake,body weight,respectively（18.5 ±3.5）h/d,m L/d（207.5 ±25.8）,（2857.5 ±136.6）g,were superior to touch group（14.6±3.2）h/d,m L/d（158.5±26.2）,（2586.5±125.8）g;The average length of hospital stay（7.2±1.8）for the bird＇s nest group d on below touch group（9.8 ±2.2）d;Indicators at or above the index differences were statistically significant differences were statistically significant（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion During developmental care for premature babies to implement Niao Chao Shi nursing can more effectively promote premature infant feeding and growth,also can shorten the length of hospital stay,promote the hospital sooner.
